Shipping and Delivery Policy
At Collumbiana, we provide FREE worldwide shipping, ensuring our products are accessible to everyone, everywhere. We use a trackable method for all our deliveries. When our shipping partner provides us with the tracking number, we'll promptly email it to you. Below, you'll find the approximate shipping times based on various regions (excluding 3-5 working days dispatch time):
a) US, UK, Canada, Spain, France, Korea, Taiwan, China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia/New Zealand: approximately 6 to 13 business days.
b) Brazil, Mexico, Venezuela, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Germany, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Bahrain, UAE, and all other countries: approximately 20-30 business days.
c) Lebanon, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Kuwait, Russia, South Africa: approximately 20 to 49 business days.
Please note these times are estimates and can vary based on factors such as holidays, heavy international shipping volumes, and customs clearances.
Express Shipping (6-13 days):
If you wish to upgrade your order to express shipping (via DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS or equivalent), please email us at support@collumbiana.com immediately after placing your order. We will respond with a quote and an invoice for online payment. Express shipping typically costs around US$30-$50 per item, varying by destination.
Order Processing:
In addition to shipping times, please factor in order processing time (3-5 business days). This is needed for quality assurance, packing, label printing, and forwarding your order to our shipping company.
Order Cancellation:
We're unable to cancel orders once they start processing. If you wish to cancel, please email us at support@collumbiana.com within 5 hours of placing your order. We can't guarantee cancellation for requests sent beyond this timeframe.
Undeliverable Orders:
Orders that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, or undeliverable due to incorrect name or address are not our responsibility. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and shipping fee of 30-50% of the item's value for such cases. Please ensure to provide accurate information when placing an order.
Multiple Packages:
Don't worry if your package seems to be missing any items. Sometimes we ship orders in multiple packages due to weight restrictions and faster shipping. If this is the case, drop us an email at support@collumbiana.com.
Order Tracking:
You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships out. If you haven't received this email after 6 business days, please email us at support@collumbiana.com.
