Shipping and Delivery Times

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearances and international shipping volumes.

For your convenience, we've categorized our shipping times based on different regions:

a) US, UK, Canada, Spain, France, Korea, Taiwan, China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia/New Zealand: Typically, orders are delivered within 10 to 20 business days, excluding the dispatch time of 3-5 working days.

b) Brazil, Mexico, Venezuela, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Germany, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Bahrain, UAE, and other countries: Orders usually arrive in approximately 20-30 business days, excluding the dispatch time.

c) Lebanon, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Kuwait, Russia, South Africa: The delivery time can range from approximately 20 to 49 business days, excluding the dispatch time.

Remember, these times are estimates and can change based on various factors, including holidays, high-volume shipping periods, and delays in customs.



Express Shipping (6-13 days):

If you're in a rush and would like to expedite your order, you have the option to upgrade to express shipping (via DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS or equivalent). Please reach out to us at support@collumbiana.com immediately after placing your order to request this. We'll respond promptly with a quote for the express shipping fee, which typically ranges between US$30-$50 per item, varying based on your location.

Order Processing:

In addition to shipping times, please factor in order processing time (3-5 business days). This is needed for quality assurance, packing, label printing, and forwarding your order to our shipping company.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

At Collumbiana, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. We aim to be as accommodating as possible within the constraints of our order processing system.

Our dedicated team starts processing orders promptly to ensure they are dispatched and delivered to you as quickly as possible. As a result, we ask that if you need to cancel your order, please contact us at support@collumbiana.com within 5 hours of placing the order.

We've chosen this timeframe based on our average processing times, to give you the best possible chance of canceling before the order is processed. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee cancellation requests made beyond this 5-hour window, as the order may have already been processed or dispatched.

Undeliverable Orders:

We deeply value our customers and aim to ensure your order reaches you smoothly. However, there might be instances where an order cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control. These can include situations where an order is refused at the destination, unclaimed from the local post office, or could not be delivered because of an incorrect name or address provided at the time of order placement.

We kindly request you to check and confirm all the details you provide when placing an order, as we cannot take responsibility for any errors in the information provided. It's vital that the name and address are accurate and complete to avoid any issues with delivery.

In the event an order is undeliverable and returned to us due to the reasons mentioned above, we may need to charge a restocking and shipping fee. This fee, which can range from 30% to 50% of the item's value, helps cover the costs associated with processing returned items and reshipping them. We always strive to avoid charging this fee, and we hope by working together with our valued customers, these situations can be minimized.

Delivery in Multiple Packages

This practice isn't uncommon and is done for reasons such as weight restrictions, packaging safety, and efforts to speed up the shipping process. Please rest assured that this does not affect the shipping charges, as they are calculated based on the total order weight and not the number of packages.

We understand that receiving a part of your order might initially cause some concern. But don't worry, if you receive a package that doesn't include all the items you've ordered, it's very likely the remaining items are on their way in a separate package. You will receive separate tracking information for each package sent.
